Last gig today for Charity CurePSP

Today we played Dove Mountain Farmers Market at Heritage Highlands. This is our first time there since leaving our old digs at Continental Ranch. We'll be at Heritage Highlands every week on Thursdays from 9am-1pm. Come on out and see us. We are tallying up our earnings for the month and hope to have our largest amount. It will make us happy to present CurePSP with a nice Check!
We will also be celebrating Ocotillo Rain and Thunders 1 year Anniversary on Sunday with a private party and great music, Italian Cuisine is on the menu, yum.

Charity giving at Alzheimer's Association with Kelly Raach

Kelly Raach, Director of the Alzheimer's Association of AZ receives our September Charity check of $375 plus an extra $100 from band members Holly and Dewayne. Ocotillo Rain and Thunder is proud of its Charity giving. November 1 marks the bands One Year anniversary!

Had a great time performing at Brookdale Santa Catalina Villas on Friday night! Lots of dancing and carrying on. The band was spot on that night and getting better and better. We have some big gigs upcoming, including Tucson Meet Yourself, Tohono Chul Bistro Concert Series, Zoo Lights at Reid Park, Oro Valley Concert Series and Tubac Arts Festival to name a few. We had a wonderful time playing for our fans at Santa Catalina Villas. They first saw us in Tubac and asked us to play for them at their home. Wonderful people, they wanted to keep our guitar player Curt!

Red Rocks Community Festival

We all enjoyed playing this gig in Red Rocks. Small community was very appreciative of our music. We were asked to come back in June but had conflicts in Schedule. We are set to return in October for their Fall Festival. This might become an ongoing gig, stay tuned!

Had a wonderful feeling at our March Charity giving. Raised $178 for Susan G Komen!

Race for the cure

Had a great time playing at the Susan G Komen "Race for the Cure". We will be donating this months charity givings to them at the end of March. We have one more gig on Thursday to collect for this cause; please come see us and give generously.

OCOTILLO RAIN AND THUNDER BLUEGRASS BAND

The band is an eleven member Bluegrass “Orchestra”. Traditional Bluegrass is the main staple with great vocals. All income is donated to local charities in and around the Marana area.
